For an order question, include the order number, purchaser name, and a short explanation of what you need. Replying from the email used at checkout can help us locate the order.

Customer service can explain available product information but cannot diagnose a medical condition or replace emergency or professional medical care.

Use the private Contact Us channel to report a good-faith concern about intellectual property, age, consent, privacy, or website content. Include the relevant page link, a clear explanation, and only the evidence needed for review. Mark an urgent age, consent, or privacy concern clearly in the message.

7. Keep your information secure

KERVYRA will not ask you to send a full card number, card security code, account password, or one-time code by email or contact form. Send intimate photos or video only through a private support route when they are reasonably needed to resolve a specific issue.
