Use the payment options shown at checkout
Check the live checkout for the payment methods available to your country, currency, device, and order. Logos shown elsewhere on the website are general information; checkout gives the final answer for that purchase.
1. Which payment methods can I use?
A card, wallet, local payment method, instalment service, or other option can be used only when the live checkout offers it. Availability can change because of destination, currency, order value, product category, risk checks, or provider rules.
We do not accept cash, checks, or direct bank transfers unless the checkout or KERVYRA customer service expressly provides that option in writing through a verified channel.
2. Check the currency and total before paying
The store may display prices in a local currency. Before you confirm payment, checkout shows the final transaction currency, item amount, discounts, shipping, and any tax collected by KERVYRA.
If your payment account uses another currency, the bank or provider may convert the transaction using its own rate and add a foreign-transaction or conversion fee. Those third-party charges are not set by KERVYRA.
3. What happens when you press Pay
Submitting payment authorizes the payment provider to approve, reserve, or collect the amount shown. A successful authorization may appear as a pending hold before the charge is finalized.
Payment approval and the automated order confirmation acknowledge that we received the order; they do not guarantee stock or mean the order has been accepted for fulfillment. Unless local law requires otherwise, KERVYRA accepts the order when we send the dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot accept all or part of an order, we will cancel or release the affected amount and tell you.
4. Extra security checks
The payment provider may require a bank app approval, 3-D Secure step, one-time code, address check, or another authentication method. KERVYRA may also pause an order for a reasonable payment, identity, age, address, sanctions, or fraud review.
We may ask you to confirm limited order information, but never send customer service your full card number, card security code, bank password, wallet password, or one-time verification code.
If verification cannot be completed, we may cancel the order and release or refund the payment. Reviews are used to protect customers and the store and are not a guarantee that every unauthorized transaction will be detected.
5. If the payment is declined
• Check the card number, expiry date, security code, billing address, available funds, and spending limit.
• Complete any bank-app, text-message, or 3-D Secure prompt.
• Ask the issuer whether online, international, or adult-retail transactions are restricted.
• Try another method that appears at checkout, but avoid repeated rapid attempts that may trigger security controls.
The card issuer normally keeps its exact decline reason private, so customer service usually cannot see it or reverse the decision. Do not email screenshots that expose full payment credentials.
6. Pending, reversed, or duplicate-looking charges
A failed attempt can leave a temporary authorization that looks like a charge. It normally disappears when the issuer releases it. The release period is controlled by the bank or wallet provider.
If two completed charges appear for one order, contact us with the order number, dates, amounts, and the last four digits only. We will compare the order and payment records. Do not send the full card number.
A reversal is different from a refund: a reversed authorization may simply disappear from pending activity rather than appear as a separate credit.
7. Taxes, customs, and fees charged elsewhere
Sales, value-added, consumption, or similar tax collected by KERVYRA is shown at checkout. Import duty, import tax, brokerage, carrier handling, or destination charges may be collected separately under the Shipping Policy.
Your bank, card issuer, wallet, installment provider, or other service may charge interest, late fees, currency fees, or other amounts under its own agreement with you. KERVYRA does not control those charges.
8. Instalments and buy-now-pay-later services
An installment or buy-now-pay-later option applies only if shown at checkout and approved by that provider. Eligibility, repayment dates, credit checks, interest, and late fees are governed by the provider’s terms.
A return or cancellation does not automatically cancel every future installment immediately. After KERVYRA issues an approved refund, the provider updates the payment plan under its own process.
9. Discounts, gift cards, and store credit
Enter a valid discount code before completing payment. Unless the offer says otherwise, discounts cannot be added after checkout, exchanged for cash, or combined. An obvious promotion error may be corrected before order acceptance.
Gift cards or store credit, if offered, are used and refunded under the terms shown when issued and any applicable law. Do not share gift-card codes with anyone you do not trust.
10. How payment information is handled
Payments are handled through the secure provider offered in checkout. KERVYRA receives transaction and verification information needed to process the order, prevent fraud, provide support, and keep financial records; access to full payment credentials is limited by the payment system.
For more information about transaction data, providers, legal bases, retention, and your choices, read the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
11. Where refunds are sent
Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method and original transaction currency under the Refund Policy. We cannot usually redirect a refund to a different person, card, bank account, or wallet.
12. If you do not recognize a charge
A statement descriptor may not be identical to the storefront name. If you do not recognize a charge, compare the amount and date with the order confirmation and ask authorized users of the account, then contact us.
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, notify the payment provider as needed and contact KERVYRA with the order number, date, and amount. Contacting us does not waive a chargeback, complaint, or other legal right.
13. If a payment still looks wrong
If a payment still looks wrong, reply to the order confirmation or use the Contact Us page. Share only the order number, date, amount, payment-method type, and, when needed, the last four digits. Never send a password, full card number, security code, or one-time code.
