Before you rely on product or website information
KERVYRA offers intimate products for adults. This page explains the limits of general product, care, safety, and editorial information. Always read the specific product page, packaging, and instructions supplied with the item. If specific instructions and this general page differ, follow the requirement that offers greater protection and ask us before use if anything remains unclear.
1. This store is for adults
You must be at least 18, have reached the age of majority, and be legally permitted to view, purchase, possess, and use these products where you live. The highest applicable age requirement controls.
Keep minors away from your account, products, chargers, packaging, and order information. Store them beyond the reach of minors and anyone who cannot use them safely.
2. Use must be lawful and consensual
Use products only in lawful, private, consensual adult activity. Everyone involved must be able to give and withdraw consent. Stop immediately if consent is withdrawn or a person cannot communicate comfortably.
Using a product to harm, coerce, restrain, deceive, or secretly record another person is never acceptable. KERVYRA supports lawful, consensual adult use only.
3. Website information is not medical advice
Product pages, size guides, articles, reviews, support replies, and other website content provide general information. They do not diagnose a condition or replace advice from a doctor or another qualified professional.
Unless a specific product page expressly says otherwise and the statement is supported, KERVYRA products are not sold as medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
If you have a health condition, injury, reduced sensation, circulation concern, implanted device, allergy, are pregnant, recently had surgery, or are uncertain whether a product is suitable, ask a qualified professional before use.
4. Check the product before you choose
Before ordering, check the total length, usable or insertable length where applicable, maximum diameter or circumference, weight, stated material, firmness, flexibility, features, power requirements, compatibility, and intended use. Images can make size difficult to judge; use the listed measurements rather than appearance alone.
Choose according to your own experience, comfort, and boundaries. Begin gradually and never force a product. A product that suits one person may not suit another.
Use a product only for the body area and purpose described in its instructions. A product intended for anal insertion should have the retention feature specified for that use; if the product is not described for that purpose, do not assume it is suitable.
5. Check the item before and after use
Before and after each use, check for tears, cracks, sharp edges, deformation, loose parts, leaks, corrosion, swelling, unusual heat, odor, noise, exposed wiring, or other damage. Do not use a damaged or altered product.
Leave repairs and modifications to an authorized source. With a powered product, unusual behavior from the charger, battery, controls, or motor is a reason to stop and contact support.
6. Cleaning, storage, and sharing
Clean the product before first use and after each use according to its instructions. Boiling, bleaching, submerging, dishwashers, and strong cleaners can damage some products, so use them only when the product-specific instructions expressly permit them.
Dry and store products separately in a clean, cool place away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, pets, and children. Some materials can react when stored in direct contact; follow the product's storage guidance.
Sharing can increase hygiene risk. If a product is shared, use the barrier, cleaning method, and other precautions appropriate to the product and activity. If the design cannot be managed hygienically, the product should not be shared.
7. Use compatible lubricants and accessories
Use only lubricants, chargers, batteries, adapters, harnesses, suction systems, and accessories described as compatible with the specific product. An incompatible lubricant or accessory can damage the item or create a safety risk.
If compatibility is not stated, ask before use or follow only the testing method allowed by the product instructions. A statement about one item must not be assumed to apply to every material or model.
8. Take care with water, heat, charging, and batteries
Water-resistant is not the same as waterproof. Immersion or use near water is suitable only when the product's own rating and instructions specifically permit it. Keep charging ports dry and never charge a product while it is being used.
Use the specified power source and supervise charging as directed. Stop using and unplug a product that becomes unusually hot, swells, leaks, smells burnt, or shows battery damage. Dispose of batteries and electronics under local rules.
9. If something feels wrong, stop
Stop use if you feel pain, pinching, numbness, irritation, burning, bleeding, dizziness, loss of sensation, breathing difficulty, or another unexpected reaction. Avoid numbing products that hide pain unless a qualified professional has advised you for your particular situation.
Seek prompt medical help for severe or persistent symptoms, an allergic reaction, a retained product, significant bleeding, breathing difficulty, or any situation that concerns you. Urgent medical care comes first; a reply from customer service can wait.
10. Materials, sensitivities, and product claims
Read the material and care information stated on the specific product page. Individual sensitivities differ. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek qualified advice where needed.
KERVYRA does not use claims such as "body-safe," "medical grade," "non-toxic," "hypoallergenic," or "certified" unless the specific claim is accurate, relevant, and supported for that product. If a page lacks a material or test detail you need, ask before ordering.
11. Everyone's experience is different
Bodies, preferences, experience, fit, sensation, sound perception, and results vary. Testimonials and reviews describe individual experiences and are not promises that another customer will have the same result.
No product is guaranteed to produce a particular emotional, relationship, health, or sexual outcome.
12. Images, color, measurements, firmness, and flexibility
KERVYRA aims to present products accurately, but screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and measurement methods can cause reasonable differences in color, appearance, or dimensions.
Firmness and flexibility descriptions are comparative aids. They help explain how one product behaves relative to another under the stated method, but they cannot guarantee that every person will experience the product in the same way.
A material inaccuracy, wrong item, or defect remains covered by the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
13. Reviews, customer content, and guides
Reviews, comments, social posts, and other customer content are the contributor's views. KERVYRA may moderate unlawful, non-consensual, privacy-invasive, misleading, or minor-related content, but does not adopt every statement as its own.
Educational or editorial content may become outdated as evidence, products, or guidance changes. Check the publication or update date and consult a qualified source for health decisions.
Upload an identifying intimate image of another adult only when you have valid permission. Sexual content involving a minor, or anyone who may be a minor, is never allowed.
14. Links to services outside KERVYRA
A link to a carrier, payment provider, social platform, article, or other third-party service is provided for convenience and does not mean KERVYRA controls or endorses everything on that service. Its own terms, privacy practices, and availability apply.
15. Adult imagery and any required records
Age-record, records-custodian, or similar notices relate to particular kinds of adult content, not simply to the sale of adult products. KERVYRA will publish such a notice only when the content and applicable law require one and the matching records and process are in place.
Whenever an adult appears in content created by KERVYRA, that person must be an adult and must have participated with valid permission. Report an age, consent, or privacy concern immediately through a private contact channel.
16. Product problems do not remove your rights
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes responsibility or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not reduce rights relating to product safety, a defect, inaccurate description, damage, non-delivery, negligence, or another protected consumer claim.
Contact us promptly about a product problem and keep the item, packaging, order information, and reasonable evidence until we advise the next step.
17. Questions about a product
Questions about measurements, materials, compatibility, instructions, or a possible product problem can be sent through the Contact Us page, to support@kervyra.com, or by replying to the order confirmation. Customer service can explain available product information but cannot diagnose a medical condition.
