How we handle personal information
This policy applies when you visit kervyra.com, create an account, place an order, contact us, subscribe to marketing, submit content, or use another feature of the store.
We recognize that an intimate purchase can reveal personal preferences. We limit access to order and support information according to operational need, and we explain below when Shopify and other service providers process that information.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Kervyra Brands LLC operates KERVYRA and is responsible for the personal information it controls through this store. Shopify may process information as our service provider and, for certain services described below, for its own purposes under its privacy terms.
Business correspondence address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This is not a product-return address. Website: kervyra.com. Privacy requests: support@kervyra.com. Please use “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
2. Personal information we collect
• Contact and account information: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, account credentials, language, and region.
• Shopping and order information: products viewed, cart activity, purchases, discounts, delivery status, returns, refunds, and related support history.
• Transaction information: payment status, transaction reference, currency, and limited payment details. Payment providers handle full card or account numbers under their own terms.
• Device and store activity: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, pages viewed, searches, clicks, referring page, cookie identifiers, and similar technical information.
• Information you choose to provide: messages, reviews, survey responses, photographs, and other material sent to customer support or submitted through the store.
• Preferences and security information: marketing choices, cookie choices, opt-out signals, and indicators used to detect fraud or protect an account.
Please do not send medical records, full payment-card details, passwords, one-time codes, or identity documents unless we first explain why they are needed and provide an appropriate way to send them.
3. How we collect information
• Directly from you when you browse, order, create an account, subscribe, submit a review, or contact us.
• Automatically from your browser or device through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, subject to the choices available in your region.
• From Shopify and providers involved in payments, fraud prevention, fulfillment, delivery, email, analytics, customer support, and other store functions.

5. Shopify and other recipients
We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate the store, provide requested services, protect the store, or comply with law. Recipients may include Shopify; payment and fraud-prevention providers; fulfillment and delivery providers; email, analytics, and support providers; professional advisers; and public authorities where legally required. If KERVYRA is reorganized, financed, sold, or merged, relevant information may be disclosed subject to confidentiality and applicable legal requirements.
Shopify hosts this store. It processes information when you visit or make a purchase, including information about your interactions with KERVYRA, other merchants, and Shopify. For some activities Shopify acts as our processor or service provider; for certain Enhanced Services it may process information for its own purposes. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers.
Shopify may offer optional enhanced services, personalization, advertising, and network features. Whether those features are active depends on the store's current Shopify settings, installed services, your region, and your choices. For information Shopify processes for its own purposes, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers. Shopify and other providers may process information in countries other than your own.
6. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
• KERVYRA does not sell personal information in exchange for money.
• Some processing connected with optional Shopify enhanced services or other active services may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain US state privacy laws, even when no money changes hands.
• Where a privacy-choice tool is available for your region, you can use the Your Privacy Choices or Data Sharing Opt-Out link in the store footer. Shopify may process recognized Global Privacy Control signals according to its tools, the store's current settings, and applicable law. You may manage Shopify-specific choices through https://privacy.shopify.com.
KERVYRA does not intentionally use the nature of a particular intimate purchase to create a profile about a customer’s health, sexual orientation, or sexual behavior. This statement does not limit the disclosures about Shopify’s processing above.
7. Cookies, analytics, and communications
• Necessary cookies support security, the cart, checkout, accounts, and other core store functions.
• Preference and analytics technologies remember choices, measure store performance, and help us understand how the site is used.
• Advertising or personalization technologies may operate when enabled through Shopify, installed apps, or connected services. Their availability and behavior depend on your region, consent choices, and the store’s current settings.
Where a consent or cookie interface is presented, use it to review the choices available for your region. The controls shown depend on the store's current settings and the services active at that time. Necessary technologies may be required for core store functions.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop order confirmations, delivery updates, safety notices, or replies to your requests.

9. International processing
KERVYRA, Shopify, and other providers may process personal information outside the country where you live. Where required, the parties use contractual or other legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.
You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to a particular transfer. Shopify provides additional information about its processing and locations in its consumer privacy materials.
10. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sale, sharing, profiling, or targeted advertising; or appeal a decision concerning a request.
Send a request to support@kervyra.com or use the privacy-choice tools available in the store. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity, residence, or an authorized agent’s authority. We respond within the period required by applicable law and do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
You may appeal an applicable refusal by replying to our decision, and you may contact the privacy or data-protection authority where you live. For information Shopify handles for its own purposes, visit https://privacy.shopify.com.
11. How we protect information
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, secure connections, and service-provider safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
KERVYRA will not ask you to send a full card number, card security code, account password, or one-time code by email or chat.
12. Adults only
KERVYRA is intended only for people who are at least 18 and have reached the legal age required where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors through this store. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided information so we can review and take appropriate action.
13. Automated checks, outside services, and policy changes
Payment and fraud-prevention providers may use automated signals to approve, decline, or review a transaction. Contact us if you believe a decision is incorrect, and we will explain the review options available to us. Services linked from the store have their own privacy notices and settings.
We may update this policy when our store, providers, settings, or legal duties change. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide any additional notice required by law. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to support@kervyra.com.
